WESTRIDGE REALTY has been a family owned business since 1957, and is operated by the second generation. In the year 2003, our sales exceeded 5 Million Dollars. Westridge Realty has been extensively renovated after a delivery truck drove into the building almost two years ago. The realty building at 16584 Ridge Road West in Murray/Holley was completely torn down by local contractors, leaving on two sidewalls standing and an Aesop's Fables antique fireplace, which contains ceramic tiles featuring characters and scenes from the famous storybooks of Aesop's Fables.

WESTRIDGE REALTY has been built to accommodate the needs of a modern real estate office with up-to-date equipment, without leaving out the importance of the company's history. George Herring, Broker Owner, says that, "History is an important part of the company."

WESTRIDGE REALTY  was founded in 1957 by George Herring's grandfather and father. By 1962, George's father and uncle were running the business and converted a gas station into a real estate office at its current location. Today, George Herring is following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father, and uncle. He is the current owner of Westridge Realty  and has succeeded in becoming the number one realtor in this area.
